I originally found this recipe in The Emerald Coast Women's Club Cook Book in the early 2000's. I've modified it slightly and I like the result. It's a super easy appetizer and guests LOVE it!

Ingredients For cuppa cuppa canna canna

  • 1 can
    green chiles, diced
  • 1 can
    artichoke hearts, canned
  • 1 c
    mayonaise
  • 1 c
    shreded italian cheese mix or shreded parmasean
  • 1 bag
    corn chips
  • smoked paprika

How To Make cuppa cuppa canna canna

    Rough chop the can of Artichoke Hearts and add to mixing bowl
  • 2
    Add the can of diced green chiles to the mixing bowl
  • 3
    Measure out a cup of cheese. I tried the mixed fancy Italian cheeses. Usually this is made with shredded parmesan. Add to the mixing bowl.

    Add a cup of mayonnaise to the other ingredients in the mixing bowl.

    Stir all ingredients together well. Then pour into a shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle the top of the mixture with smoked paprika.

    Place dish in a pre-heated oven (375 degrees) and bake for 40 minutes or until it is bubbling and done all the way through. Baking time will depend on the depth of the dish.
  • Easy and tasty appetizer!
