I originally found this recipe in The Emerald Coast Women's Club Cook Book in the early 2000's. I've modified it slightly and I like the result. It's a super easy appetizer and guests LOVE it!

Ingredients For cuppa cuppa canna canna

1 cangreen chiles, diced

1 canartichoke hearts, canned

1 cmayonaise
-
1 cshreded italian cheese mix or shreded parmasean

1 bagcorn chips

smoked paprika
How To Make cuppa cuppa canna canna

1Rough chop the can of Artichoke Hearts and add to mixing bowl

2Add the can of diced green chiles to the mixing bowl

3Measure out a cup of cheese. I tried the mixed fancy Italian cheeses. Usually this is made with shredded parmesan. Add to the mixing bowl.

4Add a cup of mayonnaise to the other ingredients in the mixing bowl.

5Stir all ingredients together well. Then pour into a shallow baking dish.

6Sprinkle the top of the mixture with smoked paprika.

7Place dish in a pre-heated oven (375 degrees) and bake for 40 minutes or until it is bubbling and done all the way through. Baking time will depend on the depth of the dish.

8Serve with Corn Chips and enjoy!
