i just love cucumber sandwiches, my mother makes this reecipe for me when im feeling down.

Ingredients For cucumber sandwiches

  • 1 pkg
    dry italian dressing mix
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1-2
    large cucumbers
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1
    loaf of party rye

How To Make cucumber sandwiches

  • 1
    mix cream cheese and 1 tbsp. dressing mix
  • 2
    spread on rye
  • 3
    top with a slice of cucumber
  • 4
    sprinkle with dill
  • 5
    top with second slice of bread spread with cream cheese mixture.
