Ingredients For cucumber salsa

2 cfinely chopped seeded peeled cucumber

1/2 clovefinely chopped seeded tomato

1/4 cchopped red onion

2 Tbspminced fresh parsley

1jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped

4 1/2 tspminced fresh cilantro

1clove garlic,minced

1/4 cdairy sour cream

1 1/2 tsplemon juice

1/4 tspseasoned salt

How To Make cucumber salsa

1In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon and lime juices, cumin and seasoned salt. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately with chips.
