Ingredients For cowboy caviar

2avocados, cubed

2tomatoes, large cubed

1 canshoe peg corn (white)

1 pkgfrozen black eyed peas, steam cook and cool

2/3 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped
- DRESSING

1/4 colive oil

1/4 cred wine vinegar

2garlic cloves, minced

1 tspcumin

3/4 tspsalt, or more to taste

1/8 tsppepper, or more to taste
How To Make cowboy caviar

1Mix and pour dressing over all.
