These are the best corn fritters I have ever had! They are quick and easy to make and my whole family loves them.

Ingredients For corn fritters

  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    self rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    corn, cream-style
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make corn fritters

  • 1
    Mix together milk, egg, butter, and corn.
  • 2
    Combine dry ingredients, and add to wet ingredients, mix well.
  • 3
    Drop by tablespoons into hot oil, (350 degrees F). Fry until golden brown (2 - 3 minutes), turning once.
