Ingredients For cool beans

1 canyellow wax beans

2 cangreen beans
-
1 canred kidney beans
-
1 cangarbanzo beans (chickpeas)

1 smonion, finely diced

1/4 csugar
-
1 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1/2 cvinegar (distilled white, or apple cider)

1/4 cextra virgin olive oil
How To Make cool beans

1Empty all the beans into a colander and rinse.

2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.

3Empty mixture into a large, air-tight container and refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight, shaking the container occasionally to help marinate. Serve cold.
