Ingredients For cilantro jalapeno pesto

  • 2 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 2
    jalapenos, fresh
  • 3-4 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c
    queso cotija
  • 1 tsp
    salt, opt
  • 3/4 c
    olive oil

How To Make cilantro jalapeno pesto

  • 1
    Place all ingredients into food processor and puree. Add more water if necessary. Flavor increases after it sits for a while, cut back on garlic amount if desired.
