Ingredients For chunky guacamole

4ripe hass avocados (ripe not mushy)

2limes - juiced

1/2medium red onion chopped fine

1large garlic clove - minced

1jalapeno pepper seeded and sliced

1handful of fresh cilantro - chopped

1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

salt and ground black pepper
How To Make chunky guacamole

1Halve & pit the avocados. Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork - leaving them somewhat "chunky". Add remaining ingredients and "fold" everything together gently. Lay a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and cover tightly so it does not brown. Refrigerate for (1) hour before serving.
