1/4 conion, finely chopped

2 Tbspwine vinegar

2 Tbspsherry

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspsalt

How To Make chinese spiced mushrooms, mom's

1Broil mushrooms. Drain, reserve sauce to use for soup, sauce or gravy. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Place over med heat and bring to a boil. Pour over mushrooms, cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain, serve with toothpicks.
