A neighbor of mine from many years ago gave me this recipe its great for anytime. Appeitier, snack, pinic, sidedish or entree with a nice salad.

Ingredients For chili cheese puff

3/4 call purpose flour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder
-
9eggs
-
4 cshredded monterey jack cheese
-
2 c1% low fat cottage cheese

2 can(4ounces each) diced chilies, drained

1 1/2 tspsugar
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tsphot sauce
-
1 cprepared salsa
How To Make chili cheese puff

1Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

2Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl. Whisk eggs in a large bowl until blended;stir in monterey jack,cottage cheese,chiles, sugar, salt and hot sauce. Add flour mixture; stir just until blended. Pour into prepared dish.

3Bake uncovered, 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
