I love to make my Chicken & Ranch Wraps! My family loves when I make them too and they are so easy, so quick and sooo delicious! You get your protein, veggies and starch all in one yummy bite. I often serve them with fruit like grapes or my Celebration Fruit Salad! I hope you try this recipe sometime soon and enjoy it too!

If you are using the uncooked flour tortillas, place one in a pre-heated iron skillet at medium high heat and cook for 30 seconds until it is bubbly and brown on one side. (Please see step 11 if you are using pre-cooked tortillas).
  • 3
Turn tortilla over and cook other side for 30 seconds until brown.
  • 4
Take cooked/warmed flour tortilla and spread the mayonnaise over one side only.
  • 5
To tortilla, add a handful of shredded lettuce, chopped red onions, chopped tomatoes and chopped avocado.
  • 6
Add some of the ranch dressing on top of the veggies.
  • 7
Place the chicken strips on top of veggies and dressing. NOTE: Be sure to cook the chicken following boxed instructions if store bought and place on wrap while hot! If you make your own then make sure they are hot too!

For your information. I used uncooked flour tortillas and I highly recommend them if you can find them. But if not, then the regular pre-cooked flour tortillas work very well too! In fact, I always used the pre-cooked kind before I found the un-cooked kind. Here is a picture of the ones that I use now.
