Ingredients For chicken and broccoli puff appetizers

2 cheart healthy bisquick mix
-
1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 tspeach, salt and pepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 lgegg, lightly beaten

1 cbuttermilk
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 ccooked, chopped chicken breast

1 ccooked, chopped broccoli florets
How To Make chicken and broccoli puff appetizers

1Heat oven to 425. Spray 12 muffrin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

2Make a well in center of ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk and oil. Add to dry ingredients.

3Stir until moistened. Stir in chicken and broccoli. Spoon mix evenly into muffin cups. Fill to the top. Bake 20 mins. Let cool a few mins, then spoon out onto a platter.
