    italian parsley (healthy handful)
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange marmalade
  • 1/2
    jalapeño with seeds

  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    curry
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • favorite fruits and veggies
