Everyone, but especially the guys, love this. Serve w/ thick slabs of cubed bread of your choice. Especially great at sports games!!

Ingredients For cheesy beer fondue

1/2 c2% milk

8 ozshredded cheddar cheese

8 ozmonterey jack cheese, shredded

2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspground red pepper

3/4 cfavorite beer
-
cubed thick french bread
How To Make cheesy beer fondue

1Heat milk in a lg saucpan over mediun heat until hot. In lg bowl, toss together cheeses and next 4 ingredients.

2Add cheese mix slowly, stirring, until smooth. Pour mix into a 3-quart slow-cooker. Stir in beer. Cover, cook on low for 1 hr, stirring occasionally. Serve w/ cubed bread.
