Almost like crab ragoons, but eaier to make and great tasting! My granddaughter loves these.

Ingredients For cheese-filled crab cups

  • 4 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened.
  • 1/4 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    lite mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1
    2.1 oz box mini phyllo shells
  • 1/4 lb
    imitation crabmeat, flaked.

How To Make cheese-filled crab cups

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. In bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, old bay seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth. Gently beat in scallion and crabmeat unti mixed. Place phyllo shells on baking sheet. Spoon 1 heaping tbsp mix into each shell. bake 15 min or until shells are golden.
