Ingredients For caliente marinated olives

  • 6 oz
    pimento stuffed olives, drained (2 3-oz jars)
  • 6 oz
    almond stuffed olives, drained (2 3-oz jars)
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    dried crushed red pepper (more or less, to taste)
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilantro

How To Make caliente marinated olives

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except cilantro in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat; cool. Stir in chopped cilantro.

    Cover and chill at least 8 hours or up to one week.
