    cajun spice mix (link to recipe in comments)
  • 8 oz
    greek low fat yogurt
  • 1` tsp
    olive oil
  • VEGETABLE PLATTER INGREDIENTS

    carrots, cut into sticks
  • 4
    celery ribs, cut into 3" pieces
  • 2
    zucchini, cut into sticks
  • 1
    cucumber, peeled & cut into sticks
  • 1
    red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1
    green bell pepper, cut into strips

How To Make cajun dip (sallye)

  • 1
    Whisk first three ingredients together until well blended. Store in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving (will keep for several days if refrigerated)
