Ingredients For buffalo cauliflower

1head cauliflower separated into florets

1/2 cflour

1/3 ccornstarch

2/3 cmilk

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

2 Tbspbutter
-
2/3 chot sauce (like frank’s hot sauce)
How To Make buffalo cauliflower

1Whisk together flour, cornstarch, milk, garlic powder, onion powder and 1 tablespoon hot sauce. Dunk the florets into the mixture and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

2When the cauliflower is almost ready add the butter and remaining hot sauce to a microwaveable bowl. Microwave 3-4 minutes at 50% power until the butter is melted and the sauce is hot. Remove cauliflower from oven, place in bowl and toss gently with buffalo sauce to coat. Place the the florets back on the baking sheet and under the broiler for 3-5 minutes. Serve promptly with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
