How To Make bread and butter pickles

1ARRANGE SLICED CUCUMBERS AND ONIONS IN A BOWL.SPRINKLE EACH LAYER WITH SALT.COVER AND LET STAND 3 HOURS.

2DRAIN OFF JUICE. COMBINE WATER, VINEGAR,SUGAR,CELERY AND MUSTARD SEED AND TUMERIC.

3BOIL 3 MIN. UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. ADD CUCUMBER MIXTURE AND BRING TO A BOIL.LET SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES.

4SEAL IN HOT STERILIZED JARS.
