Ingredients For bohemian appetizers

  • 1 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    cold butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    chopped sauerkraut, the kind in a jar by the chilled section pickles,etc.
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    caraway seeds, optional

How To Make bohemian appetizers

  • 1
    Combine Bisquick, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add rinsed,sauerkraut, drained and patted a little dry with a paper towel; add milk. Mix well. Roll out as for pie crust on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut small round disks with a cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400^ for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
