1 (10) ozcan diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained

1/2 cfinely chopped red bell pepper

1jalapeno,seeded and minced

2 Tbspfrozen limeade concentrate,thawed

large corn chips

How To Make black-eyed pea salsa

1In a large bowl, black-eyed peas, diced tomatoes with green chiles,bell peppers, green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.

2Add limeade concentrate, olive oil, and salt; tosing gently to combine. Cover and chill up to 3 days. Serve with corn chips.
