1 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

2egg yolks (save whites)

2/3 cbeer any kind but not lite

2 Tbspvegetable oil

3 to 4 lgspanish onions

2egg whites
How To Make beer batter for onion rings

1Stir flour,salt and pepper into bowl set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff,

2Add egg yolks into flour mixture and fold in egg whites and beer. Add vegetable oil.

3When batter is well blended dip sliced onions into batter and fry until golden brown.
