Ingredients For balsamic marinated mushrooms

12button mushrooms, stems removed

1/4 cbalsamic vinegar

1/4 capple cider vinegar

1 Tbspfresh chives, chopped

ground black pepper, to taste
How To Make balsamic marinated mushrooms

1Place mushrooms in a large zipper type plastic bag and add remaining ingredients. Seal bag and give a good shake to coat mushrooms with marinade.

2Refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to 2 days, shaking bag occasionally to mix marinade.

3Drain marinade and add mushrooms to a serving dish.
