Ingredients For baked potato soup

  • 4-6 md
    potatoes (skin can be left on)
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, cold
  • 1 can
    milk
  • 2 can
    chicken broth
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 11 oz
    sour cream
  • GRANISHES PARSLEY, CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS, CHIVES, CRUMBLED BACON, SHREDDED CHEESE OR MORE SOUR CREAM

How To Make baked potato soup

  • 1
    cook cubed potatoes in broth and add enough water to cover. cook until tender. do not drain. add 2 canx of soup and 1 can of milk. saute onions in butter and add to soup. bring to boil stirring constantly. remove from heat and add sour cream. reheat when ready to serve. serve with garnishes of you choice.
