I copied this recipe from an old Southern Living magazine my Mom had.My husband and I LOVE this artichoke dip! Give us a box of Waverly Crackers and this dip and we are in heaven!

Ingredients For baked artichoke dip

2 (14 oz) canartichoke hearts in water,drained,chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbsplemon juice

1/3 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 cfine,dry breadcrumbs

1 c6 blend italian cheese, shredded

1/4 cparmesan cheese
How To Make baked artichoke dip

1In bowl combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well.

2Spoon into lightly greased 1 qt. baking dish.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.Serve with crackers. Note: DO NOT USE THE MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS! ONLY THE ONES IN WATER!
