I copied this recipe from an old Southern Living magazine my Mom had.My husband and I LOVE this artichoke dip! Give us a box of Waverly Crackers and this dip and we are in heaven!

Ingredients For baked artichoke dip

  • 2 (14 oz) can
    artichoke hearts in water,drained,chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    fine,dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 c
    6 blend italian cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make baked artichoke dip

  • 1
    In bowl combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well.

    Spoon into lightly greased 1 qt. baking dish.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.Serve with crackers. Note: DO NOT USE THE MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS! ONLY THE ONES IN WATER!
