Ingredients For awesome artichoke & red pepper tapenade

1 jar7-oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped

1 jar6-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cfresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cparmesan cheese, freshly grated
-
1/4 colive oil
-
2-3 Tbspcapers, drained (to taste)

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
salt & pepper to taste
How To Make awesome artichoke & red pepper tapenade

1Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse until mixture is well blended, but still a little chunky. Transfer mixture to a bowl and season with salt & pepper.

2Serve at room temperature on pita chips or toasted bread. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
