My sister makes these for all of her parties - she is a total 'social butterfly' that loves to give a lot of parties! I was never a lover of asparagus - until I ate these. They are so good. Sis shared this recipe with me and I won a Blue Ribbon for submitting this dish to my first Curious Cuisiners meeting back in May of 2014.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This delightful dish makes a great asparagus appetizer and one that can be prepped ahead of time. You wouldn't know that it's made with white bread and baked! We really liked the creamy mixture of blue cheese and cream cheese. They're surprisingly good and easy to make.
