I love a good tapenade, When I seen artichoke tapenade at the grocery store, Well I was excited til I seen price! $7.99 for a small jar!! Well I said I can make this!! I did it the same way I first made salsa like 20 years ago. I simply read the ingredients and worked with those ingredients and afew favorite herbs and oils of my own and made mine for a quarter of the price.
Delish To serve with fancy breads, crackers or veggies!

Ingredients For artichoke tapenade

16oz jar artichoke hearts in oil

18 oz jar green olives
-
4 clovegarlic
-
1/3 colive oil
-
1/2 cgrated parmasan
-
1/4 ccapers drained

1 tspfresh sqeezed lemon juice
-
1/2 cfresh herbs of choice (used parsley)

How To Make artichoke tapenade

1Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse till You get consistency wanted. I like mine chuncky.
Store in jar in refridgerator overnight.
