Ingredients For artichoke spinach dip

  • 1 pkg
    softened cream cheese
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    block of frozen spinach that has been thawed, drained, and squeezed
  • 1 can
    can of artichokes chopped and drained - not the ones in oil
  • 4 can
    cloves of minced fresh garlic - you don't have to use that many, but we love garlic

How To Make artichoke spinach dip

  • 1
    Mix all together, put in an oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

    Serve with crackers, bread, tortilla chips, pretzels . . . whatever you like.
