Ingredients For artichoke dip

  • 1 lg
    artichoke hearts, canned, chopped up
  • 1 sm
    artichoke hearts, jar, in oil, chopped up
  • 4 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, 8oz, softened
  • 1 dash
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 sm
    green chiles, diced
  • 1 bag
    monterey jack cheese, shredded

How To Make artichoke dip

  • 1
    Mix everything together, except 1/2 of the bag of cheese. Pour into an 8x8 pan, sprayed with Pam. Spread the remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. About 20 minutes.

    Serve with Wheat Thins or another cracker of choice.
