Ingredients For after burners

    sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12
    jalapeno peppers
  • 6
    bacon slices, halved lengthwise

How To Make after burners

    Peel and devein shrimp. Cut slit in each pepper, remove seeds and membranes. Carefully place one shrimp in cavity of each pepper. Wrap each pepper with bacon piece. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Place in a jelly roll pan. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 6-7 minutes on each side, or until bacon is cooked. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
