When I was a Longaberger consultant, we had to come up with different ideas for parties, and a fellow consultant shared this recipe to promote Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate sales! It is really good, and you'll love it!

Ingredients For 7 layer mexican dip

1 clovegarlic

1 candark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cthick salsa

1 tspchili powder
-
3/4 tspground cumin
-
guacamole
-
2/3 csour cream
-
3/4 csliced black olives (i actually put on the side)

tomatoes, diced
-
green onion, sliced
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar
- SERVE WITH:

tostito scoops or
-
frito scoops (my choice)
How To Make 7 layer mexican dip

1Process in food processor: garlic, kidney beans, salsa, chili powder and cumin. Spread in pie plate.

2Layer following ingredients, leaving borders: guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, olives, tomatoes.

3Serve!
