Ingredients For tuna melt

1 can(5 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked

3 Tbspmiracle whip®

1 tspdijon mustard

1 tspfresh chopped dill

1 tspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 tsphot sauce such as cholula®, or to taste
-
freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1 pinchground himalayan sea salt

2 tspgreen onions, finely chopped

1/8 tspcayenne pepper (optional)

2 mddinner rolls, sliced
-
1/4 csharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make tuna melt

1Heat oven to broil and arrange a rack 6-inch from heating element.

2In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spoon tuna mixture on top of 4 bread pieces; top with cheese. Place them on a baking sheet and broil triangles until cheese is JUST melted, 5 minutes. Serve garnished with chives.
