1egg, beaten

1/4 cdry bread crumbs

2 Tbspmayonnaise

1 Tbspsweet pickle relish, drained

1/4 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 cvegetable oil
How To Make tiny tuna balls

1In a medium bowl, flake tuna. Stir in egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, pickle relish and worcestershire sauce, shape into 1-inch balls. Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry tuna balls until firm and golden on all sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. Makes 24 appetizers.
