I wanted a top quality crab dip and so bought the quality ingredients and made this. What a difference in taste when you use quality ingredients like real crab meat! This was dipped to death:-)

8 ozsoftened cream cheese

1 cmayonnaise

1 tspminced garlic

14 ozcan artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

1-1/2 ccooked, chopped crab meat

1 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

1/3 cchopped green onion
-
1/3 cchopped green bell pepper

1/2 citalian style bread crumbs

2 tspchopped green onion and 2 tsp chopped green bell pepper

sliced french baquette bread
How To Make the best hot crab & artichoke dip

1Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic, artichoke hearts, crab meat, parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup green onion and 1/3 cup green bell pepper.

2Lightly spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Spoon crab mix into pie pan. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs. Bake 25 mins.

3Garnish top w/ remaining onions and green bell pepper. Serve alongside sliced French baquettes.
