the best hot crab & artichoke dip

I wanted a top quality crab dip and so bought the quality ingredients and made this. What a difference in taste when you use quality ingredients like real crab meat! This was dipped to death:-)

Ingredients For the best hot crab & artichoke dip

  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 14 oz
    can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1-1/2 c
    cooked, chopped crab meat
  • 1 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    chopped green onion
  • 1/3 c
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    italian style bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    chopped green onion and 2 tsp chopped green bell pepper
  • sliced french baquette bread

How To Make the best hot crab & artichoke dip

    Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic, artichoke hearts, crab meat, parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup green onion and 1/3 cup green bell pepper.

    Lightly spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Spoon crab mix into pie pan. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs. Bake 25 mins.

    Garnish top w/ remaining onions and green bell pepper. Serve alongside sliced French baquettes.
