I made this for my son's wedding. Everyone wanted to know "What's in that shrimp stuff?" hence the name.

Ingredients For that shrimp stuff

  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 2
    cartons spreadable cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine
  • 1 1/2 lb
    boiled seasoned shrimp
  • chopped onion
  • lemon zest to taste
  • garlic powder,cayene pepper, lemon pepper, salt to taste
  • party crackers or melba toast

How To Make that shrimp stuff

  • 1
    Toss butter, cream cheese, seasonings, and wine into blender and pulse. Toss in shrimp and lemon zest,and onion and pulse. It can be used as a dip, piped onto crackers, or rolled into a ball and rolled in chopped pecans, or red pepper. Just be careful not to use too much red pepper!!!
