1 Tbspshaoxing wine or dry sherry

1 Tbspoyster sauce

1 stalklemongrass minced or 1 tsp lemongrass paste

3 Tbspbrown sugar

2 tsplime juice

1 tspginger grated

thai basil for garnish
How To Make thai dim sum scallops

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place a scallop in each shell or you could use a muffin pan. Mix the remaining ingredients except for Thai basil together and pour over the scallops.

2Bake the scallops for 10 minutes. Then turn the broiler on and broil for about 3 minutes. Serve garnished with Thai basil
