Ingredients For teriyaki salmon bites

  • 2
    skinless salmon filets
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • sesame seeds
  • green parts of scallions

How To Make teriyaki salmon bites

  • 1
    Cut the salmon into bite size cubes set aside.
    Mix the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic. Add the salmon cubes and let marinate for 30 minutes
  • 2
    Remove the salmon with a slotted spoon. Set aside.
    Add the marinade to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let cook until thickened.

    Add the salmon and cook for about 3 minutes. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
