Ingredients For stuffed crab

  • 2 lb
    crabmeat, fresh
  • 4 stick
    butter
  • 2 lg
    onions
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    celery chopped fine
  • 1/2 c
    bell pepper chopped fine
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • creole seasoning to taste

How To Make stuffed crab

  • 1
    Sauté onions in butter for approximately 5 minutes.

    Add crab meat and cook an additional 5 minutes.

    Add parsley, celery, bell pepper and seasoning.Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Add eggs, & bread crumbs and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.

    Stuff mixture into crab shells and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Bake in 350°F. oven for 30 minutes, or deep fry until golden brown.
