Ingredients For spicy seafood ball

1/4 cgood quality crab meat

1/4 cchopped cooked shrimp

1/4 cchopped lobster meat or crawfish tails

2 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cketchup

1 Tbsphorseradish

1 Tbspold bay, or favorite seafood seasoning

1 1/2 ccrushed oyster crackers

1/4 cprepared cocktail sauce
How To Make spicy seafood ball

1Combine all ingredients except Oyster crackers and reserved cocktail sauce. Form into two balls and cover with wax paper to refrigerate. ** For extra "kick" a dash of hot sauce can be added to the cheese mixture ** For extra crunch, chopped celery, onion or green onion can be added.

2Just before serving-Roll cheese Balls in Crushed Oyster crackers.

3Serve cheese balls on decorative platter with a variety of crackers. Add a side dish of cocktail sauce for guests to add if they prefer.
