I do NOT like salmon, however, this spread has a nice smoky, mild flavor to it - and it is super duper easy to make. This is quickly becoming my favorite "go to" recipe for potlucks.

Ingredients For smoked salmon spread

4 ozcooked, smoked salmon

8 ozpkg of cream cheese, softened

1-2finely chopped green onions, to suit your taste

1-2dashes of worcestershire sauce

2-3dashes of hot sauce (we used sriracha sauce because it's all we had handy, and it worked perfectly)

1 tspdill weed (i used dried, not fresh)
How To Make smoked salmon spread

1Flake the salmon and combine it with all other ingredients. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
