We used to do a lot of salmon fishing and loved to smoke fish over the weekend to save in the freezer. This was one of our favorites - especially using apple chips for a great flavor.

How To Make smoked garlic salmon

1Prepare smoker for a 4-hour smoke.

2Wash salmon and place in a large smoker safe pan. Cover with other ingredients and place in smoker for 4 hours. Remove and serve.
