We love to cook a filet of salmon and often have some left over. I use this opportunity to make this delicious spread.

Ingredients For smoke salmon spread

  • 4 oz
    cooked salmon.(leftover filet)
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4
    small onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring

How To Make smoke salmon spread

  • 1
    In a food processor, mince onion.
  • 2
    Add leftover salmon filet, mince.
  • 3
    Add cream cheese, mix.
  • 4
    Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust to taste.
  • 5
    Best left a few hours to let the flavors meld. Serve wth plain crackers.
