4 ozcream cheese

1/4small onion

1 Tbsphorseradish

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspliquid smoke flavoring
How To Make smoke salmon spread

1In a food processor, mince onion.

2Add leftover salmon filet, mince.

3Add cream cheese, mix.

4Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust to taste.

5Best left a few hours to let the flavors meld. Serve wth plain crackers.
