This was my mother-in-law's speciality. She made it for her daughter's wedding reception and everyone went wild over it. It's got a different taste and it is so addictive!

Ingredients For shrimp on crackers

1 c

mayonnaise
1 jar

zataran's spicy mustard
1/2 c

chopped green onions
2 Tbsp

horseradish
3 dash

tabasco
2 Tbsp

lemon juice concentrate
2-3 lb

medium size boiled shrimp

How To Make shrimp on crackers

Mix all ingredients for sauce.

Cut shrimp in three pieces.

Fold into sauce. Refigerate for at least 24 hours or longer.

Serve in dish with Ritz crackers on plate. Hence the name, "Shrimp on Crackers" Yummmy Goood!
