Ingredients For shrimp mold

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese (soft)
  • 1/2 c
    finely, chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    finely, chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 can
    tomato soup
  • 1
    envelope knox gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 can
    tiny shrimp
  • crackers

How To Make shrimp mold

  • 1
    Mix the cream cheese, onion, celery & mayonnaise.

    Heat the soup, with 1 envelope of Knox gelatin & 2 Tbsp water.

    Add soup to mixture. Beat well. Fold in the shrimp.
  • 4
    Grease your mold lightly, with mayonnaise. Pour into a mold and chill several hours, or overnight.

    Serve with crackers

    Another easy Shrimp Dip: 8 oz Sour Cream, 1 packet Good Season's Italian Dressing mix & 1 small can of tiny shrimp (drained). Mix the three ingredients, with a spoon. Refrigerate till chilled. Serve with Celery Sticks.
