Ingredients For shrimp mold

  • 1 can
    campbell's tomato soup
  • 1 - 8 oz
    package cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 pkg
    knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c
    hot water
  • 1/2 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 lb
    or more of boiled large shrimp, finely chopped

How To Make shrimp mold

  • 1
    Bring a pot of water with a bay leaf to a boil. Add shrimp. When water comes back to a boil, set timer for 3 minutes.
    Pour shrimp into colander and rinse with cold water.
    Let Cool.
    Once cooled, clean and finely chop the shrimp.

    Bring tomato soup(undiluted) just to a boil.
    Remove from heat.

    Add cream cheese
    and Blend in mayonnaise.
    Add celery, green onion, red bell pepper and shrimp.

    Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add to mixture.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
