I've had this recipe for many years. I first made it for a wedding shower and it was a hit.

Ingredients For shrimp fantans

2 canshrimp, broken

1 cswiss cheese, grated

6 Tbspgreen pepper, chopped

4 Tbsponion, minced

1 tspsalt

1/2 cmayonnaise

2 tspfresh lemon juice

4 Tbspbutter, room temperature

How To Make shrimp fantans

1Place first 5 ingredients in a bow. Toss together. In a separate small bowl, combine mayo and lemon juice. Pour over shrimp mixture. Stir lightly.

2Cut rolls down centre, not cutting through bottom. Spread inside with butter and stuff with shrimp mixture.

3Note: If you prefer you can just serve this as a dip rather than stuffing dinner rolls.
