I can't eat seafood, but for those of you that can, enjoy this one!

Ingredients For shrimp dip, mom's

  • 1 lg
    onion, cubed
  • 4 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 lg
    leek, sliced thin
  • 3
    carrots, sliced
  • 9 oz
    red potatoes, cubed, unpeeled
  • 2 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 1/4 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli florets
  • 1 pkg
    cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make shrimp dip, mom's

  • 1
    Thaw soup, blend in remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
