Ingredients For shrimp cocktail dip

  • 4 1/2 oz. can small shrimp, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped (i buy the broken shrimp or salad shrimp)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce (i sometimes add a tad more)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • dash hot pepper sauce
  • sliced green onions for garnish and assorted crackers

How To Make shrimp cocktail dip

  • 1
    In small bowl, mix all ingredients. cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with crackers or baguette slices. Makes 1 3/4 cups
