Ingredients For seviche (flounder or sole appetizer) cape cod

1 lbfillet of flounder or sole

lemon juice to cover fish

1/2onion chopped

1 clovegarlic, pressed

3 Tbspchopped parsley

3 Tbspolive oil

2canned green chilis, chopped

1/4 tsporegano

salt and pepper to taste

1ripe avocado, diced
How To Make seviche (flounder or sole appetizer) cape cod

1Cut fish fillets into small cubes. Place fish in a glass bowl and cover with lemon juice. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight. Add remaining ingredients, except avacado and refrigerate for an hour or so more. When ready to serve, stir in avacados and serve with toothpicks or on top of taco chips.
